Yachtsman's Service
Initial Boarding:
Plan weekly, quarterly and seasonal inspections for your particular vessel and schedule
Prepare the Vessel Portfolio in order to organize “Ships Log and Documents”
Discuss seasonal and annual cruise planning and itinerary planning
Review the shipyard process
Create/Modify “Waste Management Plan”
Compile “Spares” list
Compile mooring supplies list
Confirm Life Saving/Rescue Supplies/Fire Suppression
Confirm all required placards are properly placed
Evaluate compass status, discuss adjustment/calibration
Conduct walk through to discuss services

With Yachtsman's Service, we will take care of your entire vessel. All forms of care and maintenance will be worry free for you. We can plan your cruise itineraries for you as well. We will have your dedicated payment form on file to use on the appropriated vendors with permission granted from you at your cost level. Anything beyond that level will be discussed prior to service being performed. You will, of course, be notified of all services performed and receipts provided.
Weekly Vessel Services and Inspections:
Weekly Wash and chamois
Full interior cleaning
Inspect A/C and Refrigeration systems:
Sea strainers, filters, drains, output temps. Run all units to confirm good operation.*
Inspect water systems:
Flush all toilets, check below deck units for leaks. Run all sinks, showers and wash downs. (Raw and fresh) Check below deck for leaks.*
Mechanical:
Check oil levels on all engines and generators. Check all fuel filters. Run all engines to confirm good operation.*
Electronics:
Turn on all navigation, depth and communication electronics to confirm good operation.
Install any new or updated software when needed. Confirm all paper charts are up to date and in good condition.*
Electrical:
Confirm all lighting throughout. All interior lights, running lights and search lights. Replace as needed. Inspect batteries and terminals. Inspect A/V equipment and operation.
Address any listed items you may have encountered during last cruise.*
*If any indicators show issues, we will contact our technicians and remedy the issue. The vendor will bill directly or we will use the payment form on file provided by you.
Deck:
For teak and other specialty decking
Trip Planning:
You provide the destinations and we make all the reservations and provisions.
If you need crew, let us know.

Dive operations:
Bottom cleaning, zinc inspection, thrusters and cutters inspection
SCUBA Instruction and training
Seasonal Service:
Full detail: Metal, paint and gelcoat. Tender included.
Seasonal Inspections and service on Fire Prevention/Detection systems.
Life Raft and EPIRB inspections and registration renewals.
Inspect all life saving apparatus.
We will be your representative during shipyard operations: Haul, block, painting running gears, etc.
